We aim to deliver products to you at the place of delivery requested by you within the time indicated by us at the time of your order, but we cannot guarantee any firm delivery dates. Production and delivery lead time may change without prior notice, in case of any delays from the factory. We will not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges, or expenses arising out of late delivery.
Shipping rates for garden beds and chicken coops are calculated separately based on order total. For orders with garden beds and chicken coops, our customer service team will need to quote these separately.
Garden Beds
Home delivery for garden beds is charged per item at a rate of $69 or $99, depending on the product. Orders containing multiple items will incur a delivery fee for each item.

Chicken Coops
Home delivery for chicken coops are charged based on order total.

Where home delivery costs to the delivery location are deemed by excessive, uneconomical, or materially higher than the amount charged at the time of order, we reserve the right to cancel the order. Before cancellation, the customer will be given the option to pay the difference between the amount charged and the actual cost. If the customer does not wish to pay the additional freight amount, the order will be cancelled and any amounts paid will be refunded in full.

We will aim to deliver the order to the address advised by you at the time of purchase. If the delivery driver deems the area unsafe your order will be redirected to a collection point.
You can authorise the freight company to leave your package to the front of your property.
As a standard process, once you receive your order, please check all the parts first before commencing installation. We will only process damaged, missing and wrong parts requests on cases reported within 48 hours after delivery – these will be arranged at no additional cost.
For change of mind, you have 30 days from the day you receive your item to return. For the item to be eligible for a return, it must be in new and unused condition with all original packaging and components contained within. A 25% restocking fee plus return shipping fees apply.
Refunds will be processed once your item has been returned.
For cancellation of orders, a 25% restocking fee applies.
For AfterPay purchases - a 20% restocking fees applies.
