Shipping and Delivery

We aim to deliver products to you at the place of delivery requested by you within the time indicated by us at the time of your Order, but we cannot guarantee any firm delivery dates. Production and delivery lead time may change without prior notice, in case of any delays from the factory. We will not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

Garden Beds lead times:

Dispatch - up to 7 working days
Delivery - up to 10 working days

Chicken Coop lead times:
Dispatch (Including Production) - up to 20 working days
Delivery - up to 10 working days

We will aim to deliver the Order to the address advised by you at the time of purchase. If the delivery driver deems the area unsafe your Order will be redirected to a collection point.

You can authorise the freight company to leave your package to the front of your property.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

As a standard process, once you receive your order, please check all the parts first before commencing installation. We will only process damaged, missing and wrong parts requests on cases reported within 48hours after delivery – these will be arranged at no additional cost.

For change of mind, you have 30 days from the day you receive your item to return. For the item to be eligible for a return, it must be in new and unused condition with all original packaging and components contained within. A 25% restocking fee plus return shipping fees apply. For AfterPay purchases – 20% restocking fees apply

Refunds will be processed once your item has been returned.

For cancellation of orders, a 25% restocking fee applies.
