2. By participating in this Competition, the participants accept these Terms and Conditions which includes the Promoter’s Terms of Use and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. Any violation of these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification. In the case of conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any other materials arising from or in connection with this Competition, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
3. Each monthly Competition commences at 12.00am Australian East Standard Time (AEST) on the first day of each month, and ends at 11:59pm AEST of the last day of said month (“Promotion Period”). The time of entry for each monthly Competition shall be the time when the online entry is received by the Promoter not the time of transmission by the participant. The first and last monthly Competition shall commence on 1 February 2023 and 1 December 2023 respectively.

8. There shall be 2 winners of the prize per month during the Promotion Period. The winners will receive a Woolworths digital gift card (redeemable in store only) with a value of AUD$50 (inclusive of GST) as prize. The use of the gift is subject to Woolworths’ gift card terms and conditions.
9. This Competition is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged by a judging panel at the Promoter’s office located at 6-12 Activity Street, Acacia Ridge QLD 4110, Australia on the first Tuesday of the following month during the Promotion Period (“Judging Date”), based upon individual:
10. All entries must be an independent and genuine creation by the participants. Both positive and negative reviews will be considered. Entries must not have been published previously and/or have been used to win prizes in any other competitions whether with us or otherwise.
11. The winner will be notified by email within 2 business days after the Judging Date. The prize will be delivered to the nominated email address of the winner in Australia and the winner has 5 business days to accept the prize.
12. If the Promoter cannot contact a prize winner, or if a prize does not accept or claim their prize by the Prize Claim Date, that prize winner’s entry will be deemed invalid, and the next best entry, as determined by the judge(s) shall be awarded the prize and notified accordingly.
